Chickpea & Tuna Salad

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Makes 3-4 Servings
Ingredients
4 3oz cans tuna
2 10.75oz cans chickpeas
1 medium red onion
1 stalk celery
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
How-To
1. Finely chop red onion and celery.
2. Drain tuna and chickpeas. In a large mixing bowl, add tuna, chickpeas, celery, and onion. Mix together well.
3. Add in red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
4. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Serve cold: either by itself, on a sandwich, or over lettuce!
