Liam's Famous Pasta Salad

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Makes 5-6 servings
Ingredients
1 package rotini pasta
1 log fresh mozzarella
1 bottle Italian Dressing
1 stalk celery
1 green pepper
1 medium red onion
4 oz grape tomatoes
6 slices Cotto Salami
2 tbsp chopped black olives
How-To 1 sprig fresh cilantro
1. In a large saucepan, cook pasta according to package instructions. When finished, drain and rinse with cold water. Put cooked pasta in an extra-large mixing bowl.
2. Finely chop all of the fresh vegetables/herbs: celery, green pepper, red onion, tomatoes, cilantro and olives. Then chop the salami and mozzarella in slightly larger chunks. Add everything to the pasta bowl.
3. Pour entire bottle of italian dressing into the bowl, and mix all of the ingredients well so that everything is coated in the dressing.
4. Refrigerate (covered) for at least 2 hours. Serve cold.
