Greek Salad w/ Grilled Chicken

Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
6 oz grilled chicken breast
1 cup salad mix lettuce
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, whole or halved
1 small red bell pepper, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
4 oz feta cheese
6-7 whole pepperoncini
1 oz kalamata olives, chopped
Greek dressing
Not much instruction to this one! Simply prepare the ingredients as listed, then toss together in a bowl. Serve with Greek dressing either on top or on the side.
